For years, our little studio was filled with sweat, laughter, prayer, determination, and the sound of women showing up for themselves. From 5Ks to Pilates, Barre to Beach Bootcamp, Functional Strength to Step and Tabata — we made fitness fun, challenging, and results-driven.
And while our physical studio has now closed, the mission hasn’t stopped.
It has expanded.

Piece by piece, God provided.
A reformer here, kettlebells there, padded flooring, resistance bands, bars, and benches — until it became a fully equipped functional studio made for women who wanted more than just a gym.
More connection.
More purpose.

That small studio transformed countless lives, and its spirit continues — now in a form that anyone can access from anywhere.
After years in big-box gyms with strict class formats and no room for creativity, I kept seeing the same thing:
Women running from class to class…
Strength in one room. Cardio in another.
Stretching and mobility somewhere else.
Trying to hit every “fitness checkbox” just to function in real life.
And honestly? They weren’t wrong.
We do need strength, cardio, core work, balance, endurance, flexibility, mobility — all of it.
But who has time for five different workouts a week?
I didn’t.
They didn’t.
You don’t.
So I created a better way.
I combined everything I’ve learned — every class style, every smart training technique, every “this actually works” method — and built it into:

Pam's 81 year old mother had Lewy Body Dementia. She was in the hospital for two weeks before Pam brought her home. Check out what a clean diet, supplements, grounding, & exercise did!
Two weeks of rehab at the hospital made her way worse!
They had taken her walker away, labeled her a fall risk, and insisted on pushing her around in a chair. Instead of helping her to the bathroom, they put diapers on her. Instead of letting her bathe herself, they bathed her “once in a while.” They gave her highly processed food and over medicated her. They didn’t let her go outside for fresh air once during a two week stay.
She came home way less independent then she went in, & mentally out of it. Thank God that food is medicine & the body is meant to heal itself!
Pam had her mom clean eating and juicing, and encouraged her to do things on her own. Her mom had assisted and independent workouts daily at Pam's house. Pam drastically reduced her medication and drastically increased supplementation. Pam's mom spent at least 45 minutes grounding each day—bare-feet on the ground, getting her Vitamin D, & she has very limited TV access with no news. (The news was making her depressed!)

Lots of veggies and lots of water work wondrous results. “But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way… ‘Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.’ At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food” (Daniel 1:8, 12,13,15)."

Despite battling CRPS, overcoming frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel, enduring adrenal fatigue, and navigating life with no knee cartilage, Pam continues to outperform those half her age. She turned 61 this April and feels healthier than she did most of her life! After welcoming four kids in four years (in her 40s), including twins at 42, and navigating single motherhood, her journey proves that through her faith and fierce determination, Pam transformed life's hurdles into stepping stones toward the healthiest version of herself.
